Available to special order please allow 14 days for dispatch.Download our latest brochure / price list Technical InformationThe canopy set consist of a pair of purpose made gallows brackets SG23/T, one laminated built up carcass, two plywood formers TGV soffit boards, 25mm thick slated decking to receive your lead work. The sizes quoted are Width 2160 mm measured from the extreme ends of the carcass. Projection 600 mm is the total projection from the wall to the edge of the carcass. The construction is as follows two plywood rafters are cut to shape from one sheet of 25mm plywood; shapes are machined to patterns and laminated with glue and screws to form the profiled carcass. TGV boards are air stapled to the carcass and glued. The strip decking is glued and air pinned, with screwed pockets to allow fixing to the masonry. The lead roll is screw fixed to the carcass and is dip treated with Honeysuckle, Glasurit Glassohyd natura base coat fungicide stain.The section of the materials is as follows. 
CanopyRafter is cut from 25mm plywood sheet.Dentil moulding is laminated from three pieces: Ex 200mm x 50mm, Ex 125mm x 50mm and Ex 50mm x 50mm. Joist is Ex 100mm x 50mm. Soffit board is Ex 75mm x 50mm. Deck is Ex 50 mm x 25mm. Lead roll is Ex 70 mm x 70 mm. Gallows Brackets SG23/T. 540mm high 540mm projection. Head or Beam Ex 100mm x 75mm. Upright or post Ex 100mm x 75mm. Brace or gibbet Ex 225mm x 65mm.
