This Georgian curved splayed bay roof is a high quality joinery product that is both elegant and robust, a traditional timber clad deck glued and stapled on plywood formers, with kerfed 65mm cylindrical rolls glued and screwed to the deck, for fixing over a splayed bay window, The roof is designed to receive your lead cover and can be used on refurbishment projects as well as new build. Technical Information

The roof fabrication has a 100mm x 50mm base frame with moulded 100mmx 50mm collar and a 100mm x 8 mm soffit projecting 70mm past the bay window. The roof formers and hips are cut to shape from 25mm plywood and fixed to the base frame with glue and screws. The ex 50mm x 30mm thick slated decking is glued and stapled to the formers. Two 65mm kerfed rolls are glued and screwed to the deck. The canopy is designed to receive your lead work. The sizes quoted are Width 2150mm measured from the extreme ends of the bay opening. Projection 450mm Is the total projection from the wall to the edge of the bay frame and is dip treated with Honeysuckle, Glasurit Glassohyd natura base coat fungicide stain.

Formers and hips are cut from 25mm plywood sheet.
Collar moulding is Ex 100mm x 50mm.
Joist is Ex 75mm x 50mm.
Soffit board is Ex 100mm x 12mm.
Deck is Ex 50 mm x 30mm.
Lead roll is Ex 70 mm x 70 mm.
