Duro Tile Roof Canopies ~ Norden Durotile Mono Pitch Roof Wooden Canopy

The Norden Durotile roof is fitted on a traditonal timber carcass, in effect you have all the sharp detail of a traditional timber joinery product with the convenience of the complete roof cover in a flat pack to your door.
The Durotile roof is available in Grey or Terracotta and can be plain or with the cement verge picked out in a sand and cement mortar color.

The glass fibre roofs are workshop fitted to the canopy set then are marked to ease re- assembly and packed in a plywood box to ensure safe delivery. The product is dispatched with full assembly and fixing instructions

The canopy set consist of a pair of gallows brackets, The carcass is constructed from Ex 100mm x 38mm Whites PSE with a 9mm far eastern plywood WPB soffit, a 175mmx 25mm reds fascia board and whites ship lap boarded cheeks The sizes quoted are Width 1350 mm is measured from the extreme ends of the Durotile roof. Projection of 620mm is the total projection from the wall to the edge of the Durotile roof.
The Durotile roof slides onto the plywood soffit and fixes with four brass wood screws under the bottom edge of the soffit
The standard pitch is 15°The canopy is constructed from European red deal fifths, or unsorted grade timber unless otherwise stated. The plywood used is hardwood WPB exterior far eastern. The joints are mortise and tenon to all framework and brackets. All seen surfaces are twice sanded 80s grit and 100s grit. Our products are dip treated with Honeysuckle, Glasurit Glassohyd natura Base coat fungicide stain to give envelope whether protection for up to six weeks prior to painting or stain finishing on site. Our canopies are sent to site flat pack for Convenience and are quickly assembled using our fixing instructions and drawings Provided.
