Our Dalesman canopy range is a light weight versatile product useful on refurbishment projects as well as new build, at a fraction of the cost of a porch and give that elusive Kerb Appeal to a property. They are high quality joinery products, to our standard projection that are pleasing to the eye quick and easy to fix, any length can be manufactured to your special requirements up to a maximum of four metres long. With a G.R.P. slate effect roof in grey or terracotta red with a integral gutter that discharges the rain water at each end of the canopy. Extra gallows brackets may be purchased separately. The Canopy is treated with Honeysuckle Glasurit Glassohyd natura base coat fungicide stain.
A pair of L30S gallows brackets complete the canopy. Extra gallows brackets may be purchased separately. The canopy is carried in stock at 1500mm long as standard, for the longer or shorter lengths of canopy allow 7 days from date of order.
The mould fabricated Glass-fibre slate effect roof is available in terracotta red or slate grey is bonded and clipped onto the timber carcass. The design incorporates an integral gutter across the front of the canopy discharging the rainwater at the ends of the canopy keeping the homeowner dry.

The canopy set consist of a pair of gallows brackets, a 6mm plywood soffit, pole and sole plates carries the rafters with a angled head and foot cut to fit the bevelled plates. The joints are glued and air gun nailed. Shaped bargeboards are air gun fixed to a shaped facia board and the sprockets are fixed through the soffit with air gun nails. The top of the gallows bracket is notched to receive the pole plate. The pole plate should be fixed to the masonry with 100mm x 10mm sleeve anchors or 100mm x 10mm Chemical fixings. The canopy fixes to the gallows brackets with two 100mm x 6 mm screws.

The Gallows brackets are L30/S
