The Redisher canopy set is a traditional eyebrow shaped timber canopy with a TG&V boarded soffit, designed with a lead look GRP roof that fits over the canopy carcass.
The realistic eyebrow curved G.R.P. roof is fabricated with two steel flanged pins fabricated into the down-stand under the leading edge of the roof that locate into pre-drilled holes in the drip rail of the carcass to prevent the roof lifting in high winds.
The Canopy is treated with Honeysuckle Glasurit Glassohyd natura base coat fungicide stain. A pair of SG19/T structural gallows brackets completes the canopy. The canopy is carried in stock for next day dispatch.
The canopy is designed for use on new build projects and refurbishment projects alike. They are high quality joinery products with G.R.P. Roofs, that are pleasing to the eye quick and easy to fix and give that elusive Kerb Appeal to a property.

Technical Information

The Redisher canopy is a traditional softwood timber carcass. The facings are softwood, scotia moulded with rebates top and bottom. The facings are miter jointed and are moulded to follow the curve of the eyebrow roof. The faceings are glued and pined to the plywood formers and framework.
The canopy has a TG&V boarded soffit under tray, built on ex 75mm x 50mm whites P.S.E. frame, fitted to band sawn to shape 25mm plywood formers. The canopy is supplied with a pair of SG19/T structural gallows brackets.

The canopy is fitted with our G.R.P. lead look mould laminated roof covering that locates with steel pins fabricated under the down-stand at the leading edge into pre drilled hole in the carcass. The roof fabrication has a 90mm high up-stand to the abutment with the masonry.

Specification

All facing timber is Vth Red Deal.
Sub frames are Ex 75mm x 50mm Whites P.S.E.
Formers are badsawn from 25mm plywood.
Streight scotcia moulded fascings are Ex 125mm x 75mm.
Shaped scotcia moulded facings are Ex 225mm x 75mm.
Sreight drip rail is ex 38mm x 38mm.
shaped drip rail is Ex 100mmx 38mm.
Soffit under tray is Ex 100mm x 20mm TG&V one side reds.
Gallows Brackets are SG19/T 380mm high 380mm projection.
Ex 50mm x 50mm head and upright.
Ex 125mm x 50mm brace or gibbet.
G.R.P. lead look roofs.
Laminated in a mould, double grey gel coat is applied to the mould, two catalysed resin impregnated chopped strand mats are rolled into the mould to remove air.
When cured the roof is removed from the mould, trimmed and two steel flanged pins are laminated under the leading edge down stand to locate into two pre drilled holes in the mounting rail of the carcass.
