Low Fall Semi-Circular Bay Window roof built to specification 1900mm wide opening 750mm projection with 30mm deep downstand profile. Black wood grain curved to shape fascia board. The roof is to sit directly onto the bay window semi-circular masonry. The roof fitted with a black wood grain segmental stub soffit 150mm wide around the leading edges.
The roof fitted with two lead rolls, a 30mm down-stand to the leading edges to form a drip. A 90mm high up-stand to the masonry abutment and raised water deflectors fitted to the wall abuttment to prevent water runnung down the masonry at each end.
The timber and plywood carcass in over laminated with lead look glass reinforced plastic to give a realistic lead roof appearance.

The prices quoted below are Ex works and exclude V.A.T.

A Ex 100mm x 50mm whites sofftwood P.S.E semi circular sub frame is constructed with 12mm fall built in to the construction. A 9mm plywood deck is fitted over the sub frame glued and stapled.
A segmnental black wood grain soffit board is fitted and black poytop pined to the carcass.
The black wood grain uPVC 100mm deep x 18mm thick is bent to shape and black polytop nailed to the spar ends.
Ex 50mm 18mm uPVC formers are hot melt glued under the leading edges to form a down-stand drip edge. 9mm plywood formers are wood screwed to the rear of the roof to form a up-stand former. The formers are then coated with relase agent.
Foam lead roll formers are hot melt glued into positinon on the roof surface and acrilic mastic is applied to the joints.

A catylsed grey resin impregnated chopped strand mat is layed onto the roof carcass a grey resin impregnated tisue is layed over the choped strand mat and rolled to remove air, when cured the formers are removed and the roof is trimed, flat sanded and flow coated with catylsed grey flow coat to give a relistic lead roof apperance.
