5. Fire rating is a critical factor today. Solid Aluminium sheet is classified as non combustible. Powdercoated Alumninium, Interpon D1000 series and D2000 series have been tested to BS476, parts 6 & 7 and have been deemed to have met the criteria for class 0 building regulations.

6.  The design allows for recessed spot or surface-mounted lights to be fitted with easy access for wiring within the canopy.

The Chelsea Aluminium Door Canopy incorporates a built-in drainage, which diverts rainwater off the canopy into a small rainwater outlet.The outlet is designed to work with 63mm aluminium downpipes (downpipe is not included). The oulet is located in an integral gutter at the building facade. Available in right hand or left hand configurations to suit project drainage requirements. We can qoute for your 63mm downpipe. Please advise us of your requirements ( x1 length of down pipe, x2 clips and a shoe is standard).

CA160 Skyline Aluminium Door Canopy system features a modern 165mm front edge profile and has a shallow fall towards the building façade, where the  intergal gutter captures the rainwater. The standard CA160 Door Canopy has a projection of 900mm and is available in 1.5m, 2m and 2.5m widths to cater for different opening sizes.

Aluminium canopies can be supplied in either Mill finish (Non-painted) or from our range of 29 Standard polyester powder coated colours from the BBA approved Raincote range. See Ral colours download. Ral 7016m (Anthracite Grey) is the most popular colour. Other colours are available upon request, but surcharges may apply. Smooth finish is standard with some textured finishes * also available as standard. Please ensure you add to notes if a textured finish is required on the available colours. All colours are 30% Gloss unless otherwise stated.

Each support bracket must be fixed at MAX 500mm intervals/centres - see below

 The canopy system is normally installed with 100mm long M8 anchor bolts, self-tapping screws and rubber washers - NOT included you will need to source these separately.
