The British Woodworking Federation’s Fire Door Safety Week, taking place from 21–25 September 2026. As a BWF member, Canopy Products Ltd is proud to support Fire Door Safety Week 2026 and to use our platform to help spread its important message.
The campaign aims to raise awareness of the critical role correctly installed and maintained fire doors play in holding back the spread of fire and smoke. Just as importantly, it seeks to ensure that building owners, managers and users understand the importance of fire doors and the part everyone can play in keeping them effective.
Fire doors are a fundamental part of a building’s passive fire protection system. When correctly specified, installed, maintained and kept closed when required, they can help contain fire and smoke, protect escape routes and provide valuable time for people to reach safety.
We encourage all our customers, suppliers and industry contacts to support the campaign and help raise awareness of the importance of effective fire door safety.
