Flat self supporting Wilmslow wood/Timber Door Canopies

The Wilmslow Timber Door Canopy. A traditional design to enhance your doorway. Easy fit if roof option selected.

Please note 96mm diffence all around from the roof to the soffit.

Of all the main building materials, timber is the most environmentally friendly, as it has the lowest energy consumption and the lowest carbon dioxide emissions. Timber is not toxic, does not release chemical vapour into the building.

The Wilmslow Timber Door Canopy normally receives lead work (not supplied).

Roof Lid- These lids simply slide on after installation.

Please select if an optional roof/lid is required. These are available in

GRP ( with upstand flashing/grey caps).  Note grey topped poly pins are required to secure the lid (fit side only). Inclusive in the roof lid kit.

In both cases add to basket.

• The canopies are supplied with unique galvanised cantilever steel support arms to be bolted to the masonry and concealed inside the canopy carcass. These carry the canopies weight back to the masonry out of sight inside the canopy carcass. 
• Technical- See drawings under "download".
• Structural workings have been calculated on our cantelever arms which includes snow and wind loadings. These are available on request.
• All our Timber products are FSC (FSC - INT-COC-003944.274) and are now treated with a wood preservative as defined in BS/EN 335-1:1994. This product protects the wood surface against wood destroying and wood discolouring funghi and satisfies the performance requirements of EN599-1.
• Bespoke width sizes can be made. If the projection is changed we need to consider the structural calculations.
