Ashton self supporting wood/timber Door Canopy

The Ashton Timber Door Canopy. A traditional design to enhance your doorway. Easy fit if roof option selected. 

Of all the main building materials, timber is the most environmentally friendly, as it has the lowest energy consumption and the lowest carbon dioxide emissions. Timber is not toxic, does not release chemical vapour into the building.

 The timber door Canopy is available in x3 "stock" sizes

Width=W (as you face the canopy). Projection-P (how much it protrudes from the masonry).

The Ashton Timber Door Canopy normally receives lead work (not supplied). If lead option chosen a mock roll will be sent which is optional. 

Roof Lid- These lids simply slide on after installation.

Please select if an optional roof/lid is required. These are available in

GRP ( with upstand flashing/grey caps)

 Quartz plus Zinc (inc of zinc flashing). Please note Zinc will be withdrawn due to price increases when the batch is used. Phone for offer price!

PPC Aluminium with upstand. PPC Aluminium flashing trim optional and select separate. Note grey topped poly pins are required to secure the lid (fit side only). Inclusive in the roof lid kit.

• Maximum brick opening 1164mmon the 1470mm wide version.
• The canopies are supplied with unique galvanised cantilever steel support arms to be bolted to the masonry and concealed inside the canopy carcass. These carry the canopies weight back to the masonry out of sight inside the canopy carcass. Decorative timber C7 (690mm P) or C8 (440mm P) dummy corbels are supplied to complete the set. Your canopy can be "floating door canopy" if required.

• Structural workings have been calculated on our cantelever arms which includes snow and wind loadings. These are available on request.
• All our Timber products are FSC (FSC - INT-COC-003944.274) and are now treated with a wood preservative as defined in BS/EN 335-1:1994. This product protects the wood surface against wood destroying and wood discolouring funghi and satisfies the performance requirements of EN599-1.
